Sometimes you don't know where it comes from, it just hits you.  You feel tired and fatigued.  Most people don't have a clue where it comes from, and therefore have a hard time finding a solution.  The easy thing to do is just to drink more coffee, soda, and energy drinks.  But this is short lived.  The next thing you know, you've had a pot of coffee and still feel tired.

But here is the secret.  After working with thousands of patients, the number one thing I've seen as a root cause of fatigue is dehydration.  Yes, even in America where we have continuous access to drinkable water, people don't even come close to having their cells be hydrated.  But there is a catch.  It's not about just drinking more water.  After years of abuse to their body through chronic dehydration, poor digestive balance, and fake chemicals in our food, the water we drink hardly gets absorbed!

Enter the secret health drink!  It helps balance the pH of our stomach, regulate blood sugar, promotes the "good bugs" to grow, and give us a ton of the minerals and nutrients we need.  End result...Our body's physiology dramatically changes in a short amount of time and allows us to heal from within.  The water enters into our cells, nutrients fill our system, and our body regains the needed material to work better.  BOOM, our fatigue is gone and we feel awake and alive.  Our brain feels connected and plugged in and we are ready to take on the challenges of the day.

 Here is what you need:

16-20 oz purified water

1-4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (you need the kind with stuff floating around in it.  Looks gross but its the "Mother" and essentially is giving you the good bugs to help heal.  There are a lot of processed ones out there you should stay away from.  I recommend Braggs)

1/2 lemon

1 teaspoon of pinkHimalayan salt (one example I've liked is from Spice Lab)

Mix/stir together and down the hatch!

Here is a typical 1 week protocol to get you re-hydrated.

Day 1 and 2: 1 drink first thing in the morning.  Use smaller amounts of salt and apple cider to acquire the taste.

Day 3-5:  One drink first thing in the morning, one drink an hour before bed.  Add more salt and apple cider within comfort.

After one week it's all about how you feel.  Maybe stress is taking over, or a night of drinking with friends, what ever the case this will be your first line of defense to reboot.  So pay attention to your body and go by how you feel.
