What to Expect
The doctors of chiropractic at ISS are renown for their perceptive and thorough diagnosis, attentive examination, and comprehensive treatments. We not only alleviate many common aches, but we also, when your situation warrants it, will provide you with comprehensive self-care and rehab therapies to help you move from pain to performance.
Our clinic's Advanced Treatments focus on chiropractic adjustment, soft tissue therapy (Active Release Technique, Graston Technique), self-care and rehab.
We will use all of these approaches as needed to maximize your improvement and help you stay pain free. Under the care of our doctors, you'll feel better, and they'll teach you how to stay better.
What you need to know
Healing is a social event.
We encourage parents to bring their children to appointments, whether as observers or additional patients. If you are an existing patient and would like to refer an immediate family member to us, we'll waive their new patient exam fee.
Healing is not a political game.
We don't work with insurance companies because their rules of treatment greatly limit how we can help you. We want to treat you in the way that you need it most, not in the way your insurance provider has defined treatment.
We are a cash-based practice.
Payment is required on day-of-service and can be made via cash, card, or check. While we don't accept insurance outside of Medicare, we encourage you to send your paid invoice to your insurance provider. Depending on your policy, you may receive reimbursement.
How to Prepare for Your First Appointment
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We will have some additional paperwork for you to complete.
- Wear loose or athletic apparel--something that won't restrict your movement.
- Avoid wearing jewelry, especially necklaces.
- Allow 30-45 minutes for your first appointment. We will discuss your health history and current condition in addition to the exam.
